Accounts & Payroll Administrator.

Location: Alsager
Salary: 9.00 per hour

Busy and growing company require a part time Accounts Administrator to join there team.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0900 Р1300. Offering £9.00 per hour.

The job role includes but is not limited to:

Supporting the Accounts & HR Manager
The full running of weekly payroll.
Understanding GRN systems.
Purchase & sales ledger.
Time and Attendance management.
General book keeping and accounts management.
All office admin, filing, archiving.
Managing a busy switchboard and ensuring calls are directed to the right place or dealt with efficiently.
Sitting in on HR meetings, taking notes and supporting the HR staff.
This role offers a stable working environment, office based, in a busy and established company.

Working along side one other day to day as well as a large team in general.

All applicants must have up to date and relevant accounts/ payroll experience. Must be fully computer literate and confident. Must have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills at all levels. Experience in the software’s would be beneficial but are not a complete necessity :
